During Libella Nova performance, the dancer embodies the speculative meta-dragonfly’s transformative journey from water, to air and back to water. In the beggining, coming out of water, she acts as an alien or a new born, exploring and adjusting to the element of air; Her movements being both clumsy and repetitive. Slowly, as she symbolically adjusts to the new environment her movements become more harmonious and fluid, until her final drop; Back in water, where anxiety turns into silence.
